Quiet hours start at 11 pm without exceptions. Please turn off music and keep noise to a minimum in your RV or tent. Any disruptive behavior will result in an immediate loss of camping privileges without refunds.
Cancellations made with at least thirty (30) days' notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee. If canceled within 29 days or less, the deposit will be forfeited in addition to the $35 fee. Please be aware that there are no refunds for early departures or due to inclement weather.
Alcohol is allowed at your campsite. Please use cups when moving around the campground and avoid glass bottles for safety reasons.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside any building on the premises, including rental units, the office, and bathrooms.
We welcome pets at Benner's! Please remember to keep them on a leash at all times and never leave them unattended. Each site allows up to two pets. The first pet is included in the rental fee, while the second pet incurs a $10/night charge. A refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet is required at check-in. Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of their waste in the nearest receptacle.
Please avoid bringing out-of-state wood into the campground to comply with Pennsylvania's regulations. We provide firewood for purchase, with delivery to your site available. For campfires, keep them small, fully extinguish with water before leaving, and use designated fire rings only. Burn only wood to maintain a safe and eco-friendly camping environment.
Preserving our trees is a top priority for us. We kindly request that you refrain from cutting down any live or dead trees. Furthermore, we ask that you avoid causing harm to the trees by not using nails, axes, or saws that may deface or damage them in any way. Your cooperation in protecting our natural surroundings is greatly appreciated.
The use of communal water for washing vehicles or equipment, including kayaks and canoes, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
